Cancel booking

In the booking, you have the option to cancel the booking in the ‘Status’ block and then the drop-down menu (see image 1). Click ‘Change’ once you have adjusted the status. The canceled booking will be moved to the ‘Cancellations’ folder in the left menu. The rental product is now available again.

Sending an Email
You can activate a separate email template that can be manually sent when the booking is canceled. You can activate this by creating an email template for this purpose, see image 2 for an example. Once the template is active, you can send it from the booking (see image 3).
